Today,what I feel so strong is that BUSINESS IS BUSINESS.
  Before you come into the boardroom,you can give him a hut ahd say that YOU ARE A GOOD GUY! And then when you are being in it,you can fight closely with each other and kick his ass ruthlessly.After meet the boss,and one of you has been fired,going out of the boardroom,each of you can hut each other,feeling so sorry.
  OK,this is just MAN TO MAN friendship!--full of competition,full of justice.
  Business is business.It's nothing of personal,IT'S JUST BUSINESS.

  As the team leader,he insisted his opinion and put it into practice excellently,even though his teammates didn't surpport him at first.I appressiate him so much for his truth.Not everyone can insisted themselves from beginning to the end--just because they ara not confident enough.

  I always hate the girls who make ues of their beauty in order to reach their aims.--Maybe it's only in respect of my less pretty.^^

  I am not intentionaly ignoring her outstanding look.However,it's so annoying for her to show her beauty momently,especially to attack the teammates when facing the boss.SO HATEFUL!!!

  Today,after watching <The Apprentice3>03,I knowed one thing so important as a leader.--It's just MAKING DECISSION.

  As a team leader,there is no need for you to decide everything by VOTING.Because YOU ARE THE LEADER.

  Your duty is just listenning to the teammates' ideas and classify them and then,to make the judgement about them--which is better,and DECIDE it at last.Not ask your teammates for advices constantly & constantly.At that very moment,hesitating means third-class.

  When you are being a team leader,you can never satisfy everyone,but you can make the final decission,leading the team to winning.

    心向大觉寺已久，难得有心亦有闲，便约了卫华同往。

    一个半钟头的车程，于我们长居北京的人而言，已不算长途，然颠簸下来仍是有些气闷。

    懵懂间到了站，才知晓原来寺院并非坐落山脚，欲往仍需小半脚程的山路，幸好友人同行，说说笑笑倒也不觉疲累。

    ——恍然间忆起某藤笔下的织桥，口口声声要学会Team-work的人。于我，却是个心心念念想要学会Team-play的人。

    平日里多是独自出玩，到不是性子就当真如此乖僻，只是时时暗觉自己的喜好着实有些古怪，也就不好勉强了旁人。若能享有自在心绪，倒也是种不俗的福分了。

    咳，扯远了。

    进了山门，也就随意游览起来。寺院的坐落很是明晰，天王殿、大雄宝殿、无量寿佛殿、大悲坛、龙王堂，几处主要景致均沿中轴线铺就，一路看下来，片刻间就到了尽处。

    去过的寺庙倒也不算少了，却是鲜见这般香火清淡的寺院。估摸是寺院的年代久远，全木制结构的殿堂难以承受常年的香烟火气缭绕，进香的香客都只是一束心香寄于佛前。初见是有些不惯的，一路走下来，却是难得的清净，方醒觉寺院本该如此。既然入世出世皆为修行，有香无火也依旧虔心。

    从龙王堂往回走，才发现寺内原是另有乾坤。南边的玉兰院内开了许多片茶舍，竹器清雅，木椅古旧；举杯间，紫砂温润，琉璃莹亮；细品时，玉露醇爽，银针清冽。抬头有枝枝蔓蔓的葫芦藤叶，碧绿可人；回首是清清亮亮的跳跃细泉，如珠如玉。不觉在心中暗叹，此处茶缘甚佳，茗馨似水，当可偷得浮生半日凉了。可惜同伴未必也好此道，只能心中悄然默想一番，淡淡举步了。

    看似寡然无味的一程，于我却是满心尽兴的。

    上大学后，与《大唐》也只能无奈间远了，然三年前因此种下的佛缘禅意却不曾淡去。黄花翠竹间，自有般若意趣，旁的人无法领会罢了。
